I wrote this program for people who don’t just want to look strong, they want to be strong. Powerbuild combines the worlds of Powerlifting and Bodybuilding together into a hybrid system designed at increasing muscle mass AND maximal strength.

Powerbuild is an advanced training program, spread across three individual phases focused on a specific technique and training split to yield the best strength & muscle gains of your life.

In Powerbuild, you’ll switch between an Upper Lower Training Split to a blended Half Body Training Split, and incorporate techniques such as Cluster Sets, Wave Loading and a variety of rep schemes to push your body to it’s limits, whilst maximising recovery.
