How is the Ganbaru Workout App different from other workout apps?

Not only do you get access to the hybrid bodybuilding programs from Eugene, you'll have unrestricted access to our entire team of expert coaches and all of their programs, along with the ability to build & customise your workouts using their templates.

What exercises are in the workouts?

You can expect a mix of basic compound movements (squats, presses, pulls, deadlifts etc) mobility flows, plyometrics & jump training and classic bodybuilding exercises.

All exercises feature substitutions and options for beginners.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts range from 45-60 minutes on average. If you're more advanced, you might need slightly longer (around 75 minutes) to allow for extra warm up sets if you're lifting very heavy weights.

Can I build my own workouts?

Yes! Along with our extensive library of over 100+ complete programs and 1000s of on-demand workouts, you can build your own plans from scratch.

Create custom exercises or choose from our library and build your perfect plan as you go.

What equipment do I need?

All programs can be performed in regular commercial gyms with free weights, CrossFit boxes and minimalist home/garage gym set ups.

About half of our members train at home!

If a program requires specific equipment (e.g. gymnastic rings or kettlebells), we’ll let you know! If you need help with making modifications, just ask Eugene in the community!

Can I use Ganbaru on my desktop/computer?

We have just launched our new web based workout builder. This comes at no extra charge to your regular Pro subscription!

You'll can customize your workouts, create custom exercises and build your programs on your desktop device and have it synced directly to your mobile account.

Given the extensive features built within the mobile apps, we don't offer full workout log, calendar tracking and pro workout tools on the desktop version - yet.

Is nutrition included?

Yes. While many of our members choose to focus solely on the workouts, we have a fully integrated nutrition calculator, diet log and AI-powered diet coach that auto adjusts your nutrition recommendations based on your progress.
