Notes:

45 Degree Hyperextension

3 sets of 8-10 reps Partial Rest (2 mins) Hold the bottom of each rep for 2 seconds, and hold the final rep in the bottom for 15 seconds. Don't hang out there passively, make sure you maintain an arch through your back to load up the hamstrings effectively.
