My back injury hasn’t healed as quickly as I hoped, therefore I am stopping powerbuild after 2 phases and I ll be starting fullbody 2.0 on Monday. I ll be modifying/changing exercises to aid with my rehab.
I am looking forward to starting training properly again Monday. Being injured for 2 weeks sucks and has really screwed with my mood, motivation and eating. Time to draw a line under it and get back on track. But slowly.
