I’ve been lurking in the FB group since Black Friday last year. I’ve gone through a lot of the learning materials on the app but am yet to follow a program. I was going to start the strength program while doing a cut last week but my child and I got sick so I’ll be starting next week.
My fitness journey started back in 2007 after rough break up and some body shaming I started to train.
I’ve done many things from running, to Muay Thai, to Olympic weightlifting and now more recreational bodybuilding and general fitness.
I’m also a coach going through Eugene’s mentorship program which has probably been the best investment I’ve ever made in my education (he didn’t pay me to say that).
