First of all I’m Hispanic.. from Guatemala 🇬🇹 Central America, so I apologize in advance if I miss spelled something or for any grammar errors… I’ve been on Ganbaru suggested by a good friend of mine almost for a year now and I have managed to more or less maintain my weight and fat porcentajes, etc.. After a significant weight loss that took me 3 years more or less.. Thank you Coach Eugene, You always have answer my questions and I truly appreciate your kindness. I really enjoy working out with this app and I’m very happy to be able to ask questions and interact with others with my same interest.. I would love to loose fat and build muscle that’ll be visible, but I’ve been told because of the amount of weight I lost that’ll take more time. I’m open to any suggestions 😁 I’m currently doing the Half body program
Hi Kris amazing process so far, I am not sure who told you that losing a lot of weight makes it harder to add muscle, adding muscle is a slow process regardless and depends on many different factors. Keep up the good work you are killing it.
