How Fat Loss Occurs

Nutrition is probably one of the most confusing and poorly understood concepts to wrap your head around. Part of the problem comes the reality that a lot of what is put out in the industry seems conflicting and fuelled by opinions and influencers, rather than scientific processes. Add to that the fact that nutrition should be a highly personalised construct, that has to take into consideration many individual backgrounds, health, goals, socioeconomic and knowledge bases and it’s no surprise that it may seem difficult to know where to start. And that was my biggest problem I’d been dealing in creating this series – How to best present to you bare minimum science that goes into understanding nutrition without it requiring a university education. How to put forward actionable ideas and all of the steps you need to consider to making a start with your nutrition. And ultimately, how to arm you with all the tools you need to be able to intelligently scrutinise future articles, presentations and ideas that will inevitably be put forwards to you within this industry. Through this series, there are a few key learning outcomes
