Upper Back & Shoulders

Time to chase that Postural Pump. Rear delts, mid delts and mid/lower traps. This one fits in nicely at the end of any upper session – Pressing or Pulling. I tend to bias it more towards the end of a pressing (chest/shoulder) style session.
