Everything begins from the ground up. If there was one piece of advice I would give to everyone it is to start reconnecting more with your feet. Whether you want more Glute Gains, Squat Strength, Jacked Calves, Mobility or are managing pain around the knee, hip or ankle – look to the Feet. 

The muscles of the lower leg have been completely discarded and forgotten by many – as they simply see them as a lost pursuit for gains – but look beyond the pure size/aesthetics – and look to the functionality of the muscles of the feet and calves.
