Eugene Teo is a former competitive bodybuilder-turned hybrid athlete who loves to diversify himself across many modalities - lifting, calisthenics, running, flexibility & martial arts. He has spent over a decade in the health and fitness industry as a coach, working with professional athletes across a dozen different sports and lectured in over 100 cities around the world, educating coaches, trainers, health professionals and athletes on training, nutrition & programming.
