About Harriet

Coach Haz is a lifetime athlete, having competed in gymnastics, swimming and at the highest level of Crossfit competition. She owns Mahi Movement, a performance based gym and oversees the programming for dozens of gyms and hundreds of athletes around the world as a passionate coach and educator.
