About Pat

Dr Pat Davidson is an exercise physiologist, strength and conditioning coach, author and athletic performance consultant. He is the former director of training methodology and professor of exercise science at Springfield and Brookfield College. He works with athletes and coaches, sharing his expertise and unique insights into human physiology to tap into the highest peak of human performance.
